At Gym Gear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance equipment. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your fitness journey, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Gym Gear account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
